Jeff & Perry Wiltsie formally announce retirements:
On December 31st, 2021, Jeffrey S. Wiltsie – CEO/President of Manufacturing & Perry J. Wiltsie – Vice President/Quality will be officially retiring from Vanamatic Company.
Jeff & Perry have spent their lives, along with previous owners, James N. Wiltsie, Jr., and Tricia Morris, building Vanamatic Company into one of the highest regarded precision machining companies in the industry.
On behalf of all the current and past Vanamatic Employees, we can’t thank Jeff & Perry enough for the commitment, guidance, passion and investment they have made to Vanamatic Company, the Delphos Community, and most importantly, to our employees over the past 50 years.
This is a significant moment in the history of Vanamatic as the company transitions from a 2nd generation to a 3rd generation ownership team. We are grateful and blessed by the strong foundation that was first built by Jim Wiltsie, Sr. the original founder in 1954, and has been carried on and significantly expanded by the 2nd generation, James Wiltsie, Jr., Jeff Wiltsie, Perry Wiltsie, & Tricia Morris.
The new ownership team, Adam L. Wiltsie, who will be named CEO/Director of Operations, Scott J. Wiltsie who will be named Vice President/Director of HR, Jared J. Wiltsie, Director of Engineering/Quality, Steven K. Schroeder, Director of Sales & Marketing, David J. Ricker, II, Director of Information Technology, is excited to continue the Vanamatic journey and will continue to hold sacred, the values, traditions, and business operating philosophy that has been instilled into the core of the business for more than 67 years.
As we near the end of 2021, we reflect on what has been a tremendous year for our company. We have experienced significant growth with new business and have added a record number of new staff. It is a true testament to the workmanship of our employees and the relationships we have developed with our customers and suppliers.
We look forward to continuing to improve and build upon what has been an unbelievable foundation built by our predecessors.
